These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the banglawin platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

• Login details must not be given to anyone else. Any loss resulting from doing so is the user's own responsibility.
• If unauthorised access is suspected, support must be contacted immediately.
• Logging in from public Wi-Fi or shared devices is not recommended.

3.2 Changing Account Information

Name or date of birth cannot be changed after registration. To change contact details (email or mobile number), a request must be submitted to support with identity verification.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This limit applies to all payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• The details provided at the time of deposit must match the registered details on the account. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Each successful deposit will be added to the account balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal method should match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to anonymous or third-party accounts are not possible.
• banglawin reserves the right to hold any withdrawal pending verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, banglawin gives a 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200 — and to withdraw the bonus funds, wagering of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the required wagering has been completed.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• The terms of each promotion apply separately. Weekend offers, cricket promotions, and daily slot specials must each be followed according to their own guidelines.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is found, banglawin may cancel the bonus from the account and void the related transactions.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

5.3 Right to Modify Bonuses

banglawin reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Such changes may be announced in advance, but this is not obligatory.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, banglawin will resolve it in accordance with its standard policy.
• Winnings cannot be claimed on the basis of a software error or incorrect display — bets in such situations will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be calculated at the previous odds.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be calculated at odds of 1.00.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the banglawin platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

• Money laundering or conducting transactions with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors.
• Playing through bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Harassing or defrauding other users on the platform.
• Allowing someone else to play on or access your account.
• Helping minors access the platform.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to close their account may request this through support. All active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and bonus funds will not be withdrawable if wagering conditions have not been met. The cash balance may be withdrawn through the normal process.

10.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. banglawin may apply a separate policy for such accounts.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by the nearest enforceable provision within legal limits.
